Pronunciation: Am-say-na wa am-sal mulku lil-lahi rabbil-aa-la-mîn. Allahumma innî as'aluka khay-ra ha-zee-hil-laylah, fat-ha-ha, wa nas-ra-ha, wa noo-ra-ha wa bara-ka-ta-ha, wa hu-da-ha, Wa aa-u-zu bika min shar-ri ma fîha, wa shar-ri ma ba'-dah.
Meaning: We have reached the evening, and in the evening the dominion belongs to Allah, the Lord of the universe. O Allah! I ask Thee for the good this night contains, for conquest, victory, light, blessing and guidance during it; and I seek refuge in Thee from the evil it contains and the evil contained in what comes after it.
